Once we decided to move from Texas to North Carolina,we set aside 4 days to decide on both a location and house, two days in Raliegh and two in Charlotte. Heather escorted us through the Charlotte leg of the trip. Given the short duration, Heather spent hours pre trip talking to us on the phone about our priorities, likes, dislikes, required amenities, interests and a host of other important topics. Once we hit Charlotte,we were ready to hit the ground running. Based on our interest to be near the city, airport, and plenty of things to do, Heather focused on the Lake Norman area. She took the time to tour us through the City of Charlotte and surrounding area and through many houses that fit our requirements. The most amazing thing is that we ended up buying a house that Heather recommended by listening closely to our interests and not necessarily a house we would have gravitated towards left to our own devices, and we couldn’t be happier with the selection. As retirees, we ended up in a newer walk in ready house with a yard that wouldn’t be a burden to upkeep, a quiet neighborhood, minutes from Lake Norman, and the perfect size. We closed while still in Texas and Heather was nice enough to be our ears and eyes on the ground in NC during the transition including attending the walkthrough on our behalf. Heather is top notch, we are happy to recommend her.
