When our family discovered this home, we all fell in love with the peaceful setting, beautiful golf course views and how close we were to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

We've tried to create the kind of beach home we'd love to stay in ourselves. Comfortable, welcoming and stocked with all the little extras that make vacation easier.

THE SCREENED PORCH

Overlooking the 14th hole of the Greg Norman Golf Course, our enclosed screened porch might become your favorite spot!

Relax in comfortable wicker seating while enjoying the birds, natural surroundings and passing golfers. Eze-Breeze windows open for fresh coastal air or close to help keep out rain, pollen and bugs. An electric radiant heater helps take the chill off cooler days.

Morning coffee, afternoon reading or evening drinks with friends. Golfers, we think you'll love having your own 19th hole!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Three bedrooms, three king beds, one set of bunk beds and room for eight.

Main-Level Primary Suite: King bed, TV and private bath with double vanity, jetted soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bedroom Two: King bed, bunk beds and TV.

Upstairs Bedroom Three: King bed and TV.

An additional full bathroom is upstairs, with a half bath on the main level. We also provide a Pack 'n Play and baby gate for families traveling with little ones.

RELAX AND MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME

Our open living area offers comfortable reclining seating, a large TV and a gas fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, spices and cooking basics, plus Keurig and drip coffee makers.

Enjoy meals around the dining table, breakfast in the sunny nook or dinner from the gas grill outside.

You'll also find plenty of board games, card games, cornhole boards, fast 500 Mbps WiFi, an upstairs workspace and USB and USB-C charging outlets throughout the home.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

Our favorite public beach access is at 46th Avenue South, a short drive away, with parking, restrooms, outdoor showers and sinks for washing away the sand.

We've provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels, two beach cruiser bikes, pool floats and noodles.

A seasonal summer shuttle serves the Tanglewood entrance and 46th Avenue South beach access.

POOLS AND GOLF

Enjoy access to the seasonal Tanglewood neighborhood pool, just a short walk away, plus the larger Barefoot North Tower Pool and Hot Tub overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

Golfers will love having four championship courses right within Barefoot Resort, designed by Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Pete Dye and Davis Love III. There are countless additional courses nearby.
